Personal Training

A fully bespoke program delivered in the comfort of your own home or garden. At the initial consultation we will discuss your personal goals, assess your current fitness levels, check for abdominal separation and talk through your recovery from birth. An exercise program will then be designed, deliverable on a weekly basis to help you train safely, restore your core and pelvic floor, build your fitness and ultimately smash those goals! Nutritional advice, including optimal nutrition for post-birth recovery & healing also included.

Buggyfit

A fun, safe and effective outdoors workout for mums. Combining cardio, strength, resistance and core training, Buggyfit is so much more than a walk in the park! Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal onwards and for all fitness levels, Buggyfit is the perfect class for new mums who want to connect with others and get back into fitness in the great outdoors.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a dynamic group exercise approach to the traditional Pilates class. It applies the main principles of Pilates – breathing, centering, flow & control - but it also involves more functional movement for every day life. Fitness Pilates improves overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back, pelvic floor and core muscles - so it is great for mums!

Circuit Mums

A total-body circuit style session for fully recovered mums (approx.6 months postnatal onwards). Combining HIIT, circuit training & core mat work this session is high energy yet with the ability to adapt & tailor exercises to your own fitness level.
